Mammy's House!

One of the highlights of our Utah visit were our frequent visits to Mammy's house. The kids LOVE to go there and there were many a mornings when David would wake up requesting a visit to "Mammy's house." Thanks for all the fun Mammy! We miss you already.

Mammy and Grandma Grace with Charlotte.

Grandma Grace (the sweet lady for whom Grace is named). We sure love Grandma Grace and Grandpa Leland. Dan often talks about them and how he hopes to be like them somdeday.

One evening Dan got out the old go-cart he had played with when he was young. It was a lot of fun, but I have to admit, it made me nervous. Next time we do this we are definitely getting out some helmets. Gracie and her cousin Emily had fun together on the cart, but all in all, Grace had more fun racing the cart from the sidewalk.

It was a big hit with all the kids. Especially Davie. Notice him trying to climb on the front even when it wasn't his turn. We couldn't get the kid off the thing. He has no fear and couldn't get enough of the cart (or get it to go fast enough to suit him)

Here is Dan and David with his cousin Tyler. The boys had a good time together on the cart.

John's family has a go cart too and it definitely makes me a little nervous.

Yeah, the go cart can be a little dangerous, especially when you get Spencer on it and he can't even reach the pedal without laying down on his back and then he can't see where he's going. Good old safe entertainment.
