Snow Day

Unlike Utah we have had no snow here since I went home for Christmas. It has been a little weird. Don't let that fool you into thinking it has been warm. We have had many days hovering around 10 or 12 degrees. Brrr. But no snow. However, a few days ago we woke up to about 6 inches. The kids had so much fun playing outside with Dan. It was great to see them enjoying the snow and getting some use out of their snow clothes. Afterwards I made them hot chocolate with whip cream. Whip cream was by far the favorite part (as you can tell by looking at David's face.) Hooray for snow and hooray for days when Daddy is actually home!

I can't believe how long and dark Gracie's hair has gotten. Davy has grown up so much. It will be great to see you in a few weeks!

Fun! So glad that Dan was home on your snow day. Hope it's melted by now... we actually had a decently warm day today and I was really in heaven! You must be missing Hawaii right about now! We need to plan a trip out soon!
